This beautiful and rare Chanel small vintage vertical stitch Mademoiselle bag is part of Chanel series 2 bags, released 1991-1994.* Tailored in France from ultra-supple black lambskin leather, the curved front flap is anchored by a smooth framed perimeter border and is centered with Chanel’s vintage signature 24K gold-plated interlocking CC turn lock, which bears the artisan hallmark. Plump vertical channel stitching streams down the front, sides, and uninterrupted back panel, creating a sleek columned visual that dramatically sets it apart from standard Chanel diamond-quilted iterations. The strap is made of brilliant 24K gold-plated curb chain interwoven with black leather. The CC turn lock twists open to reveal a Bordeaux/burgundy smooth leather interior configured with a slip compartment and a zip pocket.
